The EcoStruxure IT Expert Software as a Service (ITE) Onboarding Package provides professional guidance to help customers adopt, configure, and align IT Expert with their business objectives. This service is led by experienced Schneider Electric Customer Success and Onboarding Managers, acting as the primary contact for the customer, and using various communication channels. Throughout the four-week duration, the Customer Success guides customers through typical onboarding activities remotely, allowing flexibility in tailoring interactions to specific challenges. At the end of the onboarding period, a comprehensive review of objectives is conducted and a project summary is delivered to the customer. The package includes kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, remote training sessions, and a final review meeting to ensure successful onboarding.
